I was really surprised by the very nice service and fine rooms at this hotel. It exceeded my expectations for the price. The hotel staff were amazing, and the food was delicious and affordable. It reminded me of a 5-star hotel experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for those with lots of luggage. The hotel is in a prime location with nearby tourist sites, banks, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and cute. a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Burjaman metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms are also clean and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Mr Abdul, provide excellent customer service and are willing to assist with any requests. The hotel offers amenities such as free tea, coffee, and bottled water, and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent. the hotel provides valet parking for guests with cars.
It would be helpful if the hotel could increase the water pressure in the showers and provide hangers in the wardrobes.

Great downtown location with convenient access to shops and amenities. The elevator system is a highlight, with three lifts connecting the car park to rooms in just seconds. The staff, especially Abdul Raheem, were extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay with good amenities.
